guest is a man named David Bronlich. This dude is absolutely incredible. He attempted to

through hike the Appalachian Trail in 70 days, and he came so, so close to achieving that.

We're going to talk all about that once the episode gets started here.

But he's also done a bunch of other stuff, including the Colorado Trail, and a bunch of

ultramarathons, which is another thing that we touch on in this episode.

So it was a lot of fun.
