And today, we are going to enjoy God, just God, God first and God most.

So begin to place your body in a posture that feels receptive and present for you.

Begin to breathe, become aware of your breath, and breathe in a restorative fashion.

On purpose, with purpose, inhale, and exhale.

Notice the rise in the fall of your chest.

Soften your jaw, and know that the Lord is with you, Yahweh, the name of God.

Now, as you breathe the next time, without making sound, inhale,

exhale, way, continue to whisper, yaw on the inhale, and exhale, way.

Notice how no voice box is needed, that God's name is in your breath.

The Hebrew people consider the name of God too sacred to be spoken,

and so the vowel sound is uncertain here, in yaw, exhale, way,

with a powerful breathing prayer.

Thank you, God, that as we breathe here, you are here, that we sense your presence, peace,

peace. Come and have your way in this time, mend us, heal us, reveal yourself to us,

we need you more than anything, even more than the air that we breathe, God, for you are the reason

we breathe, the giver of life, come, restore us, so we might make your name known on the earth,

for you are worthy to be praised.

Continue to practice that whispering breath of yaw way, yaw way.
