0:48.0	I have to be the one to call someone out and say that that thing doesn't make sense or I don't understand what that means or why do we
0:56.8	have things this way like and and the truth about me is that I am a straight shooter and
1:01.7	the reality is that I've had to get comfortable with constructive
1:08.2	criticism in order to get where I am today and I know the power of being able to take constructive criticism with
1:17.3	grace and put it to work for me so that I could have a much faster result.
1:23.0	And I used to have a real problem being told that my stuff wasn't already good enough,
1:28.9	even though I was learning, I was growing, I was being scrappy, kind of taking some messy action as I get started but now
1:37.8	man I am so excited when somebody has constructive criticism for me because it helps us so much and
1:44.9	friends we receive it all the time you would not believe we get emails we have forms
1:49.8	asking people to give us constructive criticism.
1:53.2	In my email sequences, I ask people why they didn't purchase.
1:57.2	Like I'm so here for the growth.

2:02.4	I know that constructive criticism can be really hard to hear it can be hard to take
2:07.6	especially when you have just poured out your heart and your soul and you've tried and you've shown up and you've done the work and you've taken the course and then you hear me or one of the coaches or someone in your own life or even back when you were younger a teacher or somebody say something to you or ask a question about it and it's so difficult not to take it like a personal attack and let me be
