0:09.0	So I went and bought a car a couple years ago and the guy who sold me the car.
0:13.0	I ended up helping him buy a house and the commission that I got for that was more than I spent on the car.
0:18.0	So because I'm meeting different people and I can find different ways to add value.
0:23.0	I can stay busy doing fun stuff too and still making money.
0:27.0	And that's one of the reasons that I encourage people to get into real estate because it's about solving problems.
0:32.0	It's about networking. It's about being creative. It's not about being locked into a cubicle doing the same thing every single day.

0:58.0	That is a lot. That is a lot of episodes. That is just over 599 episodes.
1:04.0	And as we look at the tallies here, I believe you've been a co-host on the bigger pocket and now a host for just over 300.
1:13.0	Is that right? Can you believe that? I mean, at this point are we sure people are still listening or we just talking into these microphones and no one's even here and we're saying.
1:20.0	You know what? I think they are because I heard the news that last month we broke the listener, the listenership records.
1:27.0	I think I'm allowed to say that we got the most downloads ever in the last month. So I think that means that we can keep our jobs which is really nice.
1:35.0	That's the other thing I'm wondering is I can't believe I've been employed for this long.
1:40.0	Man, this is really weird because I have, I mean, I wouldn't say I've listened to 600 but I would definitely say I've listened to about 300 or so.
1:48.0	So I've been listening, I've been listening baby Rob here has been developing his, his real estate muscles here from listening to you for over 300 hours. Isn't that crazy? I've heard you speak for more than 300 hours. That's a lot of hours.
2:02.0	Well, if we're being honest here, Brandon was the host for most of those shows which I average probably about 14 seconds of bike time when that was going on.
2:11.0	So I don't know if it's been the full 300 hours of but now I think people are getting more David and more green than they ever would have thought possible.
2:18.0	That's right. But you know, I like to describe you from the earlier days that you were kind of like this hawk where you kind of you sit back and you wait for the opportunity and then you come in as a hawk and you go, you scoop up the prey with some amazing sound bite or some awesome metaphor.
2:33.0	Can you give us a metaphor that would describe your experience moving from co-host to host of the bigger pockets real estate show and taking over for Brandon Turner himself.
