Today I'm going to talk about a few things actually. I was tasked today or on my to-do list. I had to record my podcast for next week and I really didn't have an idea exactly of what I wanted to talk about.

So various messages and emails, I just copy and paste them straight into a list and there were a few that I didn't really feel like could have a whole episode dedicated to just that question so I picked three so I'm going to answer how we store wheat for

the fascination has definitely worn down a bit, but I still do find that there are people who are maintaining their starters and I really hope that you are if you made a starter during quarantine

So I was pretty proud of my 10 year old is maybe a little bit.

Yeah, it's about 10 years old starter, but clearly I don't have much room to be proud of that
