On my journey to success, I learned a really important lesson: Successful people have the same fears, limiting beliefs, stories, and insecurities that we ALL have. So what makes them successful and how can we all tap into that?
Here's what I found: Successful people DON'T negotiate with their minds. They do the things they were called to do and say YES far before they are ready.
You can train yourself to overrule your ego and the simplest way to start the process is by taking COLD (yes, COLD!) showers every single morning to jump-start your day and also show your mind who's boss. When you do the things you're most afraid of that put you outside of your comfort zone, your dream life begins to unfold.
