I didn't take care of myself and I decided that that needed to change and I wanted to feel good and happy and positive and enjoy my life. So I went on a mission to change it and having friends in my corner doing the same thing and navigating it together was essential to my success. |

Okay, it is a never ending process and journey of many ups and downs and I've just learnt to enjoy that and all the ups and downs and you know me, I do not like to focus on negativity, but I want to be real with you because you deserve it and you're all very vulnerable to me and share so much with me. |

I'm just struggling a little bit right now and I've kind of talked about this on the what I'm working on segment for normal episodes so I won't get into it right now, but I tried to record this yesterday and it just wasn't working out and I had a day where I just tried my best. |
| 2:20.0 | I did my morning routine and then a slump it midday and I just laid in bed and I could not get up because I'm so overwhelmed and stressed and just homesick and seven o'clock came around and I was like, holy fuck what's going on? Why am I feeling like this? |
| 2:39.0 | And thankfully I have these tools and healthy habits that I've been building for myself for years that I know can help during the times where the going gets tough and I dragged myself to the gym last night to get some endorphins and when I say dragged, like I fucking dragged myself, I forced myself up to the apartment gym. |
| 3:04.0 | Like I wasn't even leaving my building, but it was still hard to get up there just to get upstairs, but I just knew how much it would help to get my heart rate up and just how much working out helps my mental health. |
| 3:18.0 | So I hauled myself upstairs, I did some sprints, I finished, then I had my salmon bowl for dinner to fuel my body, I did a 15 minute nightly cleanup, dicing the apartment, put away my laundry, cleaned the bathroom products away and organized them, I made the bed, sprayed my slip sleeping mist on the bed to set the vibes to have a good sleep. |
| 3:42.0 | I let a candle and went to bed in such a better headspace and to be in a better headspace to record this morning and let me tell you, I am feeling so much better today, let me paint the vibes. |
| 3:54.0 | Okay, I woke up, made the bed, I did my skin care, I had a morning moment, I made an iced dirty chai, I went outside in the sun, had some fresh air, I currently have about 10 pounds of waist gal boil in my hair and I'm sitting here with an iced coffee and huge, |
| 4:11.0 | huge glass of water, my lips are moisturized and I'm feeling a lot better. Obviously I'm still thinking about the things and I don't know what to do with my life at this point, but having these habits and tools to use in times where I need them makes it a lot better and makes me manage it and get through it a lot easier and healthier. |
| 4:33.0 | So I wanted to share, you know, if you're listening to this and going through a hard time, just take it day by day, not every day is going to be great, but if you show up for yourself and try your best and just commit to yourself, that's all you can do and all you can ask for and I'm so proud of you if you are doing that. |
