Welcome to the aggressive life. Today, I don't have a special guest. I don't have anything.

I just got something I've had in my mind, and I'm going to tell dirt about it. I'm going to tell

you about it at the same time. And it came to me actually this morning in a group of guys I got to I get together with and we started talking about

how it is you're doing with your personal energy. Now here's what I'm saying. I have been spending

regular time with groups of men for decades.

Decades.

Every week, a group of men or two groups of men a week for decades.

I've not spent that much time with women.

I spend a lot of time with women.

I work with women on the staff, the organization I lead.

I work with women on the board that I sit on. I work with women a lot. But in terms of getting into the deep inner spaces in people's lives, I'm much more qualified to speak to men because

I spend time with a lot of men have for a long, long time and do man camp with thousands of people

and just seeing guys in a lot of

situations. So what I'm going to talk about here right now may be equally applicable for a woman,

but I don't know because I haven't spent as much time with you. If this doesn't speak to you

directly, maybe this will at least help you understand your boyfriend, your husband, your dad.

I had a guy today in my men's group.

He told me that he had recently come through a midlife crisis, which I was actually initially

bothered by.

Like, what are you talking about?

Me and another guy were there, like, you did?

You didn't tell us about it.
