| 0:00.0 | Welcome everyone to the score fantasy football podcast. |
| 0:16.8 | I'm your host, Justin Boone, the lead fantasy analyst at the score. |
| 0:20.3 | Appreciate you download and listen to the show today. Busy week here. We got the Thanksgiving slate on Thursday, so everything's a little more condensed in my schedule, trying to get stuff updated before that first game kicks off early Thursday afternoon. But as always, we are here to help you get ready for week 13. We've got an old favorite joining us today. The NFL supervising editor at the score, Dan Wilkins. We're going to pick his brain a little bit on his new QB tiers. We'll also talk about some of the players who were worried about down the stretch, kind of the opposite of what we did last week with Chris Allen, and they're going to put Wilkins through the rapid fire section. But before we get him in here, let's take a look at my top trade targets this week, presented by Audible. There's more to imagine when you listen. And the first player that I think you should be trying to acquire before week 13, Jaden Reed on the Packers. Coming off a couple quieter performances, but I don't have any doubts at all in my mind that Reid is the best receiver in Green Bay. |
| 1:12.1 | The only issue is that he plays primarily in the slot and that prevents him from playing a full-time role like some of the other receivers there have. |
| 1:19.6 | However, could help him in the right matchups and the dolphins this week, they are much stronger against outside receivers. |
| 1:26.3 | slot guys, they've had the most success against them in the last month or so here. Guys like Demario Douglas and Brock Bowers, who I know is a tight end, but plays a lot in the slot. Cooper Cup, Khalil Shakir. And after this week, Reid, he's got one of the easiest schedules the rest of the way for receivers. He's got four straight matchups against teams that are in the top half of fantasy points allowed to the position. So I think you should go out there and make a move for Reid while you still can. The second name on my list is a guy that I just mentioned, Khalil Shakir on the bills. And he's the wide receiver 37 on the season. So that doesn't look great. But one of the things holding back his fantasy numbers is just a lack of touchdowns, just two scores on the year, but he's 12th in catches among receivers. And we know touchdowns can be volatile. So I think we're going to see some regression to the mean there with the touchdowns for him. And this is a guy who has at least 50 receiving yards in eight of his 10 outings this year. And the schedule the rest of the season, it is not that bad at all. He's got plus matchups against the Rams, the Lions and the Patriots from weeks 14 to week 16. So that is the first two weeks of the fantasy playoffs baked in there. That will really help if he's in your lineup for those. And most of the attention in Buffalo when you're talking about the receivers, it's on Amari Cooper. It's on Keon Coleman fantasy-wise, right? People are excited about those names. They kind of forget about Shakir a little bit. And I like those other guys as by Lowe's as well, but to me, Shakir is the underrated cog in Buffalo's passing attack. I think he's a valuable wide receiver 3 with some upside in your fantasy lineups. |
| 2:54.0 | And then the last player Shakir is the underrated cog in Buffalo's passing attack. I think he's a valuable wide receiver three with some upside in your fantasy lineups. |
| 2:53.8 | And then the last player that I'm going to mention in this section today, |
| 2:56.5 | Jacoby Myers on the Raiders. |
| 2:58.7 | He's coming off a pretty big game in week 12. |
| 3:01.4 | He went 10 for 12 against the Broncos. |
| 3:03.9 | So he's not a typical buy low where he's had a few down performances and |
| 3:08.3 | you can get him a little cheaper you might have to pay fair value for him but I |
| 3:12.1 | don't think people are giving him the respect he deserves Brock Bowers he's |
| 3:15.5 | getting a lot of love in Vegas and for good reason he is having an incredible |
| 3:18.8 | season there but people are talking about him people are talking about the |
| 3:22.1 | quarterback situation and that has people kind of scared. |
| 3:24.8 | But the return to Aiden O'Connell this week, it might actually be an upgrade on Gardner Minchu and what he's done recently. And the Raider schedule, it is just amazing for Myers. He gets Kansas City this week. That's a middle of the pack matchup fantasy wise. then it's the bucks the falcons the jags and the saints all of whom are in the top eight and |
| 3:42.9 | fantasy points allowed to wide receivers this year matchup fantasy wise then it's the bucks the Falcons the Jags and the Saints all of whom |
| 3:41.9 | are in the top eight and fantasy points allowed to wide receivers this year so |
| 3:45.3 | Myers he is about to go off down the stretch he is well worth making an offer on if |
| 3:50.2 | your trade deadline hasn't passed already and if you're trying to set up your |
