Today I want to jump straight into it, and I want to talk about productivity tips and things

that I do that are meant for people with low energy or even people who struggle with depression.

I'm bipolar and I frequently have depressive episodes. I've had a couple this spring.

But in general, I'm just a low energy person. I'm not the type to jump out of bed with a spring

in my step and think, oh my God, another day to tackle. That's just not really me. I am a napper. I am a sleepy,

tired person. It's actually to the point where it's been so bad lately that I think I should

get a blood panel done or something and get my hormones level checked, my thyroid checked. I've been so

tired lately, and I think maybe that's emotional burnout, rearing its ugly head again.
