The jury in Donald Trump's hush money trial has been dismissed for the day after

deliberating for more than four hours.

They asked for parts of David Becker's testimony, the former publisher for the National Inquirer and that of Michael Cohen regarding

their meeting at Trump Tower in 2015 to be read in court.

It's the moment when Peker allegedly agreed to be the quote eyes and ears for the former

president's campaign and flag any negative stories to Cohen.

CNN legal analyst Elliot Williams says these requests likely suggest the jury

is trying to understand Trump's intent.

He also broke down some factors the judge may consider in sentencing if Trump is convicted.

Number one, the criminal history of the defendant.

This defendant, Donald Trump, doesn't have a criminal history, so that'll factor to his benefit.

Has he accepted responsibilities shown remorse, said he was sorry?

No. I don't see that happening here. Is he a danger to the community a risk and so on?

And finally, what effect might this have on the defendant or other people, deterring

them from future misconduct? Israeli tanks have been advancing further west in Taraffa.
