I'm here with one of my good friends, really like an uncle to me, I guess you could say, we've worked together in China off and on for many, many years and we've connected in the US as well over a period of time and we've gotten to be good friends and our families know each other.

We've ministered together in different places, mostly China, but also here in the states.

And so you are one of the 10, the Nashville 10, Uncle Bundo,

Uncle Bundo is the name we're giving to my friend here.

You're one of the Nashville 10.

We don't want to hide the identity for the US side of things but for the potential

returning to China someday side of things that right? Yep that's right. So you're

hoping that you get your passport back tomorrow when you're sentenced or at some point soon.

I don't know whether that's likely or not, but that's our prayer and our hope.

That's what the letters are, some letters being written for because you'd like to go back to China,

you'd like to go back to Ukraine, to ministry, you'd like to go back to

Colombian, among other places as well. And so I first met you probably in around

2007 or 8 in China when you brought teams out to work in Western China with us mostly doing literature

distribution, Bible smuggling, that type of thing.

But I don't even know the answer to this.

When was your first visit to China?

What year? My first visit to China what year my first visit to China was 1988 in mid-June

that's before Tiananmen Square are you that old yep we won't give your age out

because that would identify you as well. But 1988, so you were in and out of China before and during and after Tiananmen Square.

Correct.

So tell us the Tiananmen Square story I was asking you about.

So you knew somebody who was there and had been doing tracks and literature around Tenement Square when that all happened. Is that what I'm remembering that right?
