So my name is Joy Cho.

I have a business called OJOY and I'll give you a little bit of a recap of where it started

and where it is today so you know how it all came about.

But in 2005 I had left my job in New York which was designing for Cynthia Rowley who had

a line at Target at the time.

I had previously designed packaging and logos and ads for an ad agency in New York and

I'm transitioning to designing textiles for Cynthia Rowley and then I was going to move

to Philly because my boyfriend at the time the time the time my husband was doing a

starting residency and we had been doing long distance and so I left New York which I loved

but for personal reasons I needed to be close to my boyfriend so we could get married

and that's key.

And so leaving a great job and leaving a job I really loved is hard but at the same time
