So excited to share episode 6 of You're Worth It! with you! This week we have a short but sweet episode all about how to use comparisons in your life in a healthy and positive way.

Comparisons are natural and yes they can be tough to deal with. But if you're choosing to see comparisons as a way to drive your goals and your intentions, then it can lead to your success!

Have you ever heard the quote "you're the sum of the 5 people you spend the most time with"? Think about who you're around the most. Are they mentally healthy? Are they inspiring you to do better, act better, and be better? Make sure you're choosing people to be in your life who are fostering your growth and building you up!

Are you allowing yourself to be inspired to change? Use those comparisons as fuel for your growth!

Let's continue #walkinginworth!

I'm your host, Jessica Heffley, a top earning industry expert, self-development junkie,

introvert, and thanks to the aneagram, a recovering perfectionist.

0:17.9

As a small town girl, I'm all too familiar with the tension between comfortable

0:22.9

contentment and pressing into your courageous calling. By increasing my self-worth, I increase my

0:30.6

net worth and I'm here to help you drop the guilt over having more of both. I know you're so

you spend the most time with. Have you guys heard that saying before? You are the sum of the five people you spend the most time with. Have you guys heard that

1:46.1

saying before? You are the sum of the five people you spend the most time with. So take a mental

1:53.8

note right now or if you're by a pad of paper, I want you to literally write down the five people

1:59.1

that you spend the most time with. I don't want you to just be

2:04.0

aware of what type of people are these people? Are they growing and are they emotionally healthy?

2:13.1

Are they physically healthy? Are they spiritually healthy? Are they financially healthy? Are they

inspiring you to be better, do better, act better, live better? Or you guys all just kind of
