President Joe Biden says Ukraine can now use long-range U.S. weapons to strike inside Russia's borders.

That's what two U.S. officials told CNN, saying the decision was made as tens of thousands of

North Korean troops were deployed to support Russia's effort.

This is a huge change in policy.

And until now, Biden has resisted letting Ukraine use the weapons, despite pleas from the country's

president, in part because of concerns about escalating the war.
