I'm Stuart Mandel, joined as always by Bruce Feldman.

We weren't actually together on the podcast last week. I was at Disneyland with my family for a few days, but we actually did see each other in person. We had dinner in Anaheim, my family, our friends who came with us and your family, and I got to see

firsthand what you've been telling me about for a long time. I got to quiz your son, your five-year-old

son, Ben, on random football scores of various college football games. Yeah, his grasp of numbers

and stuff like that is very different. I mean, when I was a little kid, I was really

into sports. With names, he's pretty good. He knows who Aaron Donald is. He knows who Alvin Camara is,

but it's his scores and stuff like that where it's like one day, literally he was like,

can we watch the game when Ohio State beat Alabama and my wife and I looked at each other like, was he

been born when this happened? How did he know? And then he spit out the score and knew what it was.

So we had to go watch the highlights at dinner. I guess we didn't have to on my phone because he

must have seen it with his grandfather on an iPad when I was out of town apparently. So it's cool when your kid, especially if it's your

son, is so into sports, but he's pretty far down the rabbit hole at this point.

And particularly in the college football, I asked him, Ohio State Washington, he got that. I asked him,

Clompson, Alabama, he got that. And the funny thing is, like, those games have some pretty

random scores, right? You know, it's not many college football games are 44 to 16. And he nailed all of them. So it was something to behold. Yeah, it's going to be interesting to see. So as he gets further on down the road, he doesn't quite understand, you know, the quarter system,

not in school necessarily, but like, wait, there's two minutes left in this basketball game.

No, there's only two minutes left in a quarter bend. And he's kind of figuring that stuff out.

But it is fun. The only downside is I'm watching the NBA finals. He's into it. And our daughter is

not into it.

So she feels like he's getting to watch a court a show, so she should be entitled to a Peppa Pig episode or something.

And which makes me feel like I'm missing out if my wife's like, well, it's like we have to turn the TV off to honor her.
