The following is a pre-recorded program. Oh, this is a fun one out of North Carolina. There is a charter school

in North Carolina. And man, it is a good one to say the least. The school requires girls wear skirts and why do they have to wear skirts?

Because here is the policy as it is written that girls are quote fragile vessels deserving of

quote gentle treatment by the boys.

The school implemented a dress code that is founder, a businessman, and that would preserve chivalry.

That's the reason that the founding of the school and ensure the girls are treated courteously and more gently than the boys.

And, of course, there was a lawsuit.

And here is why the charter school, in fact, lost.

It's real simple.

The charter school accepts federal money.

That's it.

If it was a private school that didn't accept federal money, hey, you can wear uniforms.

You can force that issue.

Girls have to wear skirts.

Boys have to wear ties.

It doesn't matter.

It's a private school.
