Banking is something that makes people less angry than it used to.

As the most positive thing I can say about people's relationships with banks, banks have

been something that people historically have loved to hate.

There's a lot of lack of trust in banks because of all the shenanigans of the banking

scandals of last decade and all the economic hardship the banking scandals cause for so

many Americans.

Banks do some things that specifically create a lack of trust in alienation and customers.
