comes to a murder conviction, it helps to have witnesses of some kind. Now, not often, but a witness can wrap it all up.

Well, there's a story out of Michigan, and it's probably one of the most interesting witness

stories you've ever heard. So a jury convicts this Michigan woman a first-degree murder

in the shooting death of her husband. And who was the witness?

His parrot. How does that work? Well, it turns out that Martin Durham was shot five times.

Glenna Garam, uh, Geram suffered a head wound. Prosecutor said it was a suicide attempt.

She said it was an attack in which she was hurt.

Her husband was killed.

But here is the problem.
