Today's guest is an author, a business coach, a podcaster speaker, wife, mother of five boys, and one stepdaughter, and good grief.

How does this woman have

time to breathe? Allie Worthington is my dear girlfriend, and she's authentically great at many

roles, but also just being a fantastic woman and friend. I've asked her to come on the show today

during our Put Your Warrior Boots on series, because her book, Fier's Faith, is kind of a cousin to

put your

warrior boots on with a kindred message of taking seriously the bottle at hand and truly

learning how to fight. I can't wait to glean from her. So here's Allie with some really good

I have a confession to make.

Before I get out of bed in the mornings, I've already opened Instagram.

I'm like a moth to a flame.

I can't stay away from it.

I want to see what my friends are doing.

I want the fun inspirational quotes.

And I really just want to see people on their Instagram stories being silly and genuine and fun.

Now, my husband and I, we have five sons.

They're ages 10 through 19.

And we also have a sweet golden retriever who absolutely refuses to retrieve, but that's the story for another day.
