You know, I love to share stuff that I talk about in my support groups and therapy.

One of my support groups, we were reading some literature and one of the things that it

said is it doesn't matter whether you're meditating for one minute or twenty minutes.

The important thing is that you just attempt meditation.

And it was so good to be reminded of that because you know how much we judge ourselves.

I think there are a few things I judge myself as harshly on as the quality of my meditation.

For some reason I have this belief that I'm supposed to be totally focused on my mantra

and not forget it.

And a lot of times it's meditation for me is just twenty minutes of worrying with my
