0:57.3	and racial intolerance you've had a chance to work on the anti-semitism efforts adjacent to the club
1:03.7	and what they've been doing but this is you know I think a step for us into being more intentional more
1:10.0	direct in the way that we kind of get back and we've identified a charitable partner we want to
1:15.6	work with Nick and that is a common goal. That is right common goal is is going to be kind of our
1:22.0	our standard partner moving forward in these efforts and look I mean to be frank with you guys we've
1:29.4	been thinking about this for for some time like what is going to be the best way for us to channel
1:35.3	our energy into a partner that will that will have a lasting impact right and we looked at a lot of
1:42.3	we actually made this a part of our of our annual planning for the last couple of years
1:47.7	and hadn't really found the right fit Brandon but we have now. Well no more delay we've got Lily and
