Summary

Lori and I believe that if we only did things that we wanted to do each day, we would eventually get bored because we would lack purpose and challenge. Lori and I are working really hard on embracing the growth and learning experiences that are being presented to us through Lite Pink and my new FinTech app. We discuss why your ideal days might not actually be what you've dreamed they'd be because so much of our happiness comes from getting over obstacles. We talk about how we're learning to embrace the tough days right now instead of wishing them away and waiting for a life that doesn't have them.

IN THIS EPISODE, WE TALK ABOUT:

  • What our ideal days look like
  • Accepting delayed gratification
  • Understanding the role that challenge plays in happiness
  • The importance of constantly learning and growing

1:11.6

Take two. I mean, you guys, here's real life podcasting. You'll get two, three minutes into an

1:16.1

episode. The dog starts effing with something and it completely throws you off your train of thought

1:20.8

and it just turns into frustration and like two middle fingers up and like let's just start over.
