And then on the flip side of the coin, I think people think that low impact workouts are

So today I want to kind of dispel some of those misconceptions and really talk about the mistakes that I see in low impact

training and then how to make your low impact training the most effective.

For some people you know low impact means cycling or swimming. For others, it's walking, but I think

that most people would agree that low impact exercise is anything where you're not

jumping or running or you're not like hitting the ground with a lot of force.

The purpose I think for many people who pursue low impact training is to ultimately protect their joints and feel better.

You know, my knee hurts, so I need to do low impact training instead.

And today I want to talk about how low impact can be great, but it might not necessarily be the impact that is what's bothering your joints.
