The name of the podcast is a flatbed podcast.

And the reason for that is.

Flatbed is like not happening. So we get asked actually quite a bit real estate questions and a lot of times I don't know the

answers. We had Aaron Freeman come in. She's going to walk us through it. We started to talk. We're

recording a commercial with her and we started talking and I said, wait, why don't we just post a quick episode? It's like a bonus episode, but kind of walking through how the real estate market's moving, where to go, how to find what you're looking for, whether it be rentals or somewhere to sell, somewhere to buy. It just seemed like at the time it was a good connection between the people who listened to the podcast, questions that we asked that we don't know the answers to Aaron is our go-to real estate agent around here
