and I've certainly detected a handful of patterns negative and positive.

And I can tell from about a mile away, I can tell well before I encounter somebody and talk

to them in depth about their idea, if they've got a

reasonable shot of it working out or not. It's pretty straightforward. It's a simple

mind hack, and I can tell if someone is applying that principle to their business model or not in

about 30 seconds. Would you like to know what it is? It's not complicated. If you will apply

this simple mind hack to every

business idea you consider, it will literally increase your odds of success tenfold. See,

we're told all the time, most business ideas fail in the first year to five years. Most small

businesses don't make it. We're told that all at the time over and

over and over again. Well, that's the traditional model businesses offline where these kinds of

principles that I'm about to share with you don't work as well. Online, they work incredibly well.

I'll tell you what the principle is in just a second, but let me tell you a quick story first

that was the first time I encountered this principle
