After a sluggish holiday season with lots of indulgence in excess, I am getting back to my routine.

I love green juicing and I want to teach you guys all about the top 10 benefits of green juice.

juice fan, I definitely want you to become one. Drinking green vegetable-based juices is one of the

most exciting ways that you can ramp up your diet and transform your health. So easy to add micronutrients,

without having to chew down whole plates of salad. You can just do that with green juice. And I love

intermittent fasting. I'm a big fan of that. I'll have a black coffee in the morning, adding

jumpstart your day. The caffeine is excellent. A little dose of protein makes you eat 40% less

calories throughout the day. A little bit of inulin, which is a plant-based fiber, is going to
