So, big question, I've seen a lot of your videos and there was a time in your life where you weren't doing so hot.

What was the thought? What was the lesson? What was the moment where you decided to change your life?

When was the moment where you had that breakthrough idea to show it, you know, took you from the couch to what you're doing now.

My thought was, is this all life has?

And that's, I read Hugh Hefner's book recently, not that Hugh Hefner is the ideal role model.

So some guys he is, some people he's not, but he was on a bridge at 28 years old.

And he just said, is this all life has for me he didn't like his life two weeks later he
