2:19.8	And she's like, she's hesitant to accept help. She likes to be independent. She likes to do her own thing and I totally get that.
2:30.0	You don't live in a place like this if you don't like doing your own thing and
2:34.5	taking care of yourself and your your needs but she's 80 something and you know what I said to her the other day was like, look, there are times in life where you accept help and there are times in life where you give help.
2:55.0	And depending on the structure of your personality,
2:59.0	accepting the help can be a hell of a lot harder than offering the help. But it's it's
3:07.0	important I think that we recognize those seasons in our lives and we step up with some whatever measure of grace we can
