So many of these construction companies end up being handed down from generation to generation.

And what does it like to work with a company where that push for the growth is coming from that other generation or a different person within the company, not necessarily the founder

or owner, CEO person.

I was very close to a situation that it was a second generation of a company.

And the original company, the original founder, did really good establishing a commercial,

as a commercial builder, essentially.

And, you know, it got the business up to that $7 to $9 million a year.

Project sizes were a million to $3 million as a project.

So not working a lot of job sites.

And, you know, constantly made money over the years.

And then the second generation came in and they were not as dedicated as the first generation.

And they started to support a certain lifestyle that it got used to out of that business.
