Our theme this week is setting goals as we launch into a brand new year, 2016.

And this is the first week of the new year.

So we have been going through different strategies and visualizations and affirmations and breathing techniques

and mudras and chakras and even an herbal tea to use as you set goals.

This is part of a seven-part series and this is the final episode.

Now, today's meditation, as I record this, it's for a Saturday's meditation.

Every Saturday, you're guided in a walking meditation.

So a walking meditation is a special technique.

And I encourage you several times a week to do a walking meditation.

But every Saturday I leave a walking meditation because I like to reward you for working

so hard throughout the week and for doing so well and it's so important to get out there

and connect with nature, with the world around you.

I encourage you to walk somewhere that inspires you, especially if you could walk in nature.

Now that's not always possible, especially if you live in a big city, so no worries at all.

Just get outside and connect with your surroundings. And if you're not able to go outside and do this meditation,

simply sit inside and open a window if you can. Whether it's freezing cold outside or sweltering hot,

open a window and let the elements inside your home.

Well, I mean don't let it rain inside your home or snow, of course.
