Hello and welcome back to the podcast.

I am continuing my 2022 wrap-up series with a show about some of the big lessons that I learned this year.

And, you know, these aren't anything revolutionary.

But what I mean by this is these are things that I really learned in a new way, a very

tangible way.

These lessons really got integrated within me.

You know, it's one thing to know something.

It's another thing

to live and experience and, like, really learn the lesson. And I feel like these were lessons I really

learned this year through different dynamics that came up in my life. So everything on this list,

it's like, oh, I know that. I know that. I've learned that before. But these were really just the

main, like,

themes for me of the year. And, you know, like most people, I can definitely hear the same thing many

times. And sometimes it takes a while for it to really integrate because, you know, it happens

to all of us. So I have a very random list of things. These are all kind of connected,

but it was really just a stream of consciousness as I sat down and I was like, I want to write out

like, what were the main lessons I learned this year in 2022, which I still can't even

believe this year is over. I feel like in many ways this year felt so long because it was such

an internal year for me being in a year seven, which will be in a collective year seven in terms

of numerology next year. So everybody will be getting a little bit of that seven energy,
