Hello and welcome back to the podcast.

I am really excited about today's episode because I am going to do a 20-22 favorite episode.

So I have a huge list of my favorite things from 2022.

I'm a little nervous about how long this list is, but, you know, it's fine.

So we have food, we have drinks, we have supplements, we have skincare, makeup, spiritual things, some books, jewelry, clothes, some TV shows, health-related things,

you know, just a big list of everything I like. And I really did not intend for this list to be

this long. I just sat down and I was like, okay, I'm going to list out my top things in each of

these categories and it became pretty long. So I, I'm going to list out my top things in each of these categories.

And it became pretty long. So I am probably not going to spend a ton of time talking about like each individual product. For reference, I put my product favorites. There are mainly two places.

then that is a page to go to and the second place is my amazon shop page so So I get a lot of stuff on Amazon. And my shop page

is built out with lots of different categories. You can always go there to see what I'm loving

off of Amazon, which is where I get most things. So my Amazon shop page is fully stocked and easy

to browse as well. So those are the places to look for links and codes just for

reference before I jump in and we're going to just kind of dive into it because I've got a lot to

cover. I can't believe it's going to be 2023. I can't believe I'm doing this episode right now,

to be honest. It doesn't feel like the end of the year. I feel like this year went by so fast, but here we are. And it's always cool to see what my, my themes of the year were

in terms of products. And I will probably record an episode about just like life themes,

thoughts, lessons separately, because this one's going to be packed.

So, 22 favorites, take some notes. It's going to be like a verbal blog post, basically.
