So let's start with your kind of background because you've been teaching fitness for a long time you've been in this world for a long time and we have a really similar background.

what brought you to where you are now. Yeah so I went to college for and

studied biology and while I was there that's really when I became into group fitness.

Growing up I never really did group fitness classes.

I mean I played sports like most children was not good at any of them but still had fun and then I really

got into fitness and kind of thought about starting to take care of myself in

college and wanted to have like an active routine and I kind of fell in love with Reformer Pilates and found a local studio in Austin and became a member and was just there all the time and actually did some like we called it energy exchange

membership where I like worked for the studio like at the front desk in order to pay for membership

because I was in college and good and broke it. Yeah. You were broke yes. So I was

there so much and the owner was like we're going to do a teacher training you should you should do it and so I did and I really enjoyed it and it's just kind of funny though to look back again we have similar
