And I'm going to talk about some things today that really humanizes myself. I know a lot of these

creators, a lot of people, a lot of speakers, they want you to think that they're

experts, like they don't go through anything

that's a robot you don't need a robot you need a human so we can connect and so this is a

real place and all that I ask is that you just be real with yourself

because you can heal if you're not being real with yourself.

Like what you don't face you will never fix.

So it's okay not to be okay, but it's not okay to stay that way.

So yes, I'm gonna challenge you.

I'm gonna push you outside your comfort zone because I want to help take your life to the next level.

God gosh like cannot give a break? A lot of you have a lot of titles that you're wearing.

Title of mom, title of dad, title of friend, maybe title of boss, title of

etc.

You're wearing all these titles,

which number one is incredible,
