1:39.1	book called Sisters in Death, so you know Elizabeth Short from her murder in January of 1947 in Los Angeles,
1:48.5	but you may not know Layla Welsh. And Layla Welsh was murdered in Kansas City, Missouri in 1941.
1:55.2	Eli Frankl proposes their killer is the same person. And that person is somebody that he actually
