Yesterday's meditation, which was a Monday, I shared an affirmation. I start off every single week with an intention where I repeat an affirmation in a certain

And if you followed me for a while, you're well aware of all the different techniques that I share each day.

But I have to say that most people come on board with meditation and really benefit from breathing techniques.

And then they'll try some of the other techniques that they might not be familiar with, such as mudras, which I'll

be sharing tomorrow, or even chakras, or a walking meditation.

And those soon become their favorite techniques.

So I encourage you to be open-minded and try all kinds of different techniques because you never know what will work

Well today I'll be sharing with you a breathing technique that you can do just about anywhere.

It's very simple to do.

And when you do this technique, you will use both of your hands.

And mostly I want you to use your hands because I want you to breathe this way as often as possible.

It will help you instantly to reduce anxiety and it will also help you to focus and calm down.
