| 1:57.5 | back over my week and I think about what I would have done differently and what I did |

| 2:06.4 | So I celebrate my successes and then those things that I wish that I would have done differently. |
| 2:13.4 | And I write it down in a journal. |
| 2:15.9 | And then on Monday is when I focus on my mind, my mindset. |
| 2:22.3 | So I start off every Monday with a mindset. |
| 2:24.6 | That's really the way I share meditation techniques for you every day. |
