Welcome in to the Investing in Real Estate Show on this motivation Monday. This is a tough

part of January. This is when people get kind of depressed, you know?

There's not a lot of sports going on. It's kind of quiet.

There's not a lot of action. We're post holiday on the January 20th of 2020.

But I want to bring you some motivation today if you know this is a time

three weeks after you've maybe set your intentions for your goals and I want to talk

about taking action today it was asked on a podcast I was interviewed recently. One of my favorite quotes and one of my favorite quotes is from Albert Einstein.

And it is this quote, nothing happens until something moves. Those are the words of the greatest scientific mind of the 20th century Albert Einstein.

And the theory of relatively may have been Einstein's most important contribution to science,

but these five simple words nothing happens

until something moves comprise his most important contribution to me.

It is a phrase that I learned many years ago thanks to Jay, one of the greatest marketing minds of our time.

And when I understood these, the power of these words, it puts everything in perspective.

And to me it's one of those phrases you should write down print out put out on your computer screen and I really believe

And I've long believed this when someone asks me to distill down what I think the difference between success and failure is in any area of life.

It's not necessarily being as great as you might think, right?

Being amazing at this particular, you know, playing violin, piano, whatever happens to be, business, etc.

It's become, I'm become increasingly convinced that action without a doubt is perhaps the single biggest factor when it comes to determining how your life will play out.

And Albert Einstein's words are so true. His observation is an indisputable scientific fact,

that when it applies to all other aspects of life,

as well, it applies in those ways.
