Hi everybody, welcome to the show. I hope you are all doing well out there I am

definitely riding the roller coaster of emotions and right now the trajectory is kind of going down but I think that's natural

there's definitely still a lot of good but there's also this feeling of

frustration I think as the summer approaches and the reality of being

stuck or rather safe at home sets in. Still, that's not a reason to be flagrantly ignoring recommendations or rules. So let's all be responsible and do our part. I think the more we practice personal responsibility, the safer we will be,

the safer our loved ones will be, and maybe hopefully it'll help this thing, I don't know, get under control sooner than later.

I've seen the models as I'm sure you all have and it's definitely unsettling but just

trying to stay positive, right?
