I'm your intrepid Belunksman, Michael Swame. I'm an elevator operator I guess I

would say. Taking you down usually to the depths for a grim dark discussion of

all things trauma, grief, shame, and addiction. But you know there's another thing

we always say when we talk about this podcast and it's healing and I realize

we've had precious few episodes about I try to include it somewhat in the

conversation each time but we haven't had a lot of episodes focused entirely

on like okay well what's it feel like when you're good or like how do you get

good and I'm excited to bring you an episode like that today the only other one

that comes to mind is the one with Soren Booey called stable genius where he

explained what it's like to be someone who never has any mental problems
