We know that rejection sensitivity is a common and impairing feature for many adults with ADHD, and it

disproportionately affects women. This acute sensitivity to criticism is painful, and this is especially

so for black women who are also navigating the minefields of racism and sexism.

and provide strategies to promote resilience and recovery.

She holds a doctorate in clinical psychology and has dedicated her career to serving marginalized communities. Dr. Miller is a psychologist at the Center for ADHD in Philadelphia.
