1:12.0	Hey, Kevin. Appreciate you having me on. Doing great. Excited to have you here. Excited to pull back the curtain and learn
1:16.6	a little bit more about you and your business and just I guess the last almost now, it's going
1:21.6	be a decade right, for when you first started buying real estate. So I love to talk about your journey
1:25.3	there. But maybe it's back up a little bit.

1:34.5	really how you found your way into real estate. Sure. Yeah. I started as a contractor right out
1:41.2	of school. I got my license actually while I was in school, building houses,
1:46.7	spec homes, rental homes, doing renovations. And kind of felt like I was, you know, the king of the
1:55.1	world when I graduated college in 2006. The economy was still pretty good in Charleston SC, which is where I'm from.
2:03.9	And I was making, you know, six figures a year right out of college building, building houses.
