We've got Leo Bouscal Leo on the show today and of course Leo has brought a message of love

But he's also talking about being enough

Feeling like you're enough because one thing that we do

When we feel like we're not enough is we stuff our feelings and what I mean by that is we have this

Emptiness inside of us and that feeling of emptiness we try to fill it up with stuff

Just more and more stuff, but as long as we feel like we're not enough

We're always gonna feel like we want more and more and more and don't get me wrong

I don't have a problem with physical material things. I think physical material things are cool, right?

I think these are things that are here for us to enjoy, but it depends on where it's coming from

If you're trying to get a feeling of being enough through things you have to know that that feeling is gonna be so temporary

And once that feeling goes away you're gonna want more and you're gonna want more and you're gonna want more

And you're never really gonna feel

Fulfilled inside and so the quote of the day is this the only time it will be enough is when you're enough

We were very fortunate in being able to know so that we could we could spend time with him and be with him

But you're not all of us are that lucky. That's why we've got to love

personally

All the time because tomorrow the person you love may not be there
