so empowering and so we're excited to dive in this week i'm going to do a recap of what we covered at my house on Friday.

But before we start, I promised you this season throughout the episodes. I'm going to empower you more with some resources for yourself and your own spiritual journey.

And so this week I really want to talk about daily chiros. It's a prayer journal. We'll put a link in the

comments. There'll be a special link for you guys to go and check that out. But it, I, why I like

this one. So I was looking for prayer journals around Christmas time, around when I get to the new year.

I'm always like looking for new ways to be intentional in the new year. And this one specifically

caught my eye. As you all you all know like reflection is pretty important

in in changing right and and so we may read a scripture may learn things or have you know

god moments happen throughout our day but if we're not remembering them or reflecting them or incorporating them into our life, you know, they'll be gone just as quick as they were here. So each day, and it's not dated, so you can put your own dates in there, but it's got spaces where you can memorize a scripture and write in what scripture you're trying to memorize. The whole point of this entire thing is to be more intentional to have a

plan to be more intentional in your rock with God. So it's got a place to memorize a scripture that you
