Did you know that in scripture, He says to take every thought captive.

It's challenging because our thoughts over 70,000 of them a day are running in our subconscious

and conscious thinking.

And if we're not careful, the majority of our thoughts are subconscious.

They run below the surface.

And so it's time that we wake up and start listening to what the subconscious is saying.

And here's the beauty.

When we take our thoughts captive, it is our conscious thinking that does that.

We have to tap into the subconscious to bring it up to draw it up to the prefrontal cortex

Friends, there is such a connection that we are learning between the brain and the body

and how you think and what you think affects how you feel.
