My name is Zach Schombler, this is Strong Appendix Sports, episode 544. Welcome in. I got a lot to say before we get into sports,

although I will say the lead story today is about a trade that went horribly lopsided.

I got a lot to say non-sports-related.

First of all, I'm realizing as I talk I haven't really said many words out loud today.

I had a meeting this morning at 7 a.m. 7 to whatever it is now. I haven't really spoken out loud

and my voice does not feel warmed up. That's interesting. Number two, I got a massive monumental embarrassing sunburn this weekend.

I'm very cautious and careful. I'm not a sunscreen person.

If you're not going to wear a sunscreen,

you got to always wear a long sleeve mesh shirt and a big like covered hat.

I hate sunscreen, I don't like how it feels on my body.

So I'm like, okay, I wear a mess shirt. I do that always.

When I swim, if I'm outside of my house in Hawaii between 10 a.m. and 4 o'clock long sleeve shirt and a hat always I broke I broke my rule I was with my friends they do not have the same complexion I do so they can take their shirts off jump in the ocean be there for three hours no problem

I just I don't know what I was thinking I just took my shirt off got in the ocean ocean, was there for three hours, got out, and I was like,

everything hurts, this is horrible.

If you've ever been poisoned by the sun, it's called sun poisoning, it does not feel good,

I got sick, It was horrible yesterday.

I wrote it out. I was like pounding water all day. It's crazy how hard it is to

stay hydrated when you have a really bad sunburn. It's kind of insane. And so a little bit of empathy for me,

if you've ever been horribly sunburned on vacation in the tropics, I've always made fun of those people.

I now am one of those people and I'm like dang it I am an

idiot and a not fun to join the club the other thing I want to say before we jump
