loved. Today we are going to spend some time meditating on and receiving God's love

of love. As we begin, take a moment to place yourself in a comfortable position. Whether

seated or laying down, make sure your back is straight and your feet are placed flat

on the floor. Place your hands on your belly and begin to breathe. Inhale through your
