Perhaps you’ve noticed that with changing times have come changing needs, changing goals, and changing desires. With that, perhaps you notice you’re saying YES to new things - and NO to new things. Some of my yeses and no’s and have definitely shifted over the last year. In fact, I find myself saying yes to some things I thought I would never say yes to. Funny wildly unusual circumstances paired with a cultural uprising will make you rethink almost everything. As you make space for new yeses, you’ll notice you’ll also be required to say no to new things in order to make space for those yeses. This is a process of discernment that requires you look closely at your core values so you can understand why each yes and each no is important to you right now. 1:12.5	all the things we're going to dig into today. Today we're going to be talking about how to pay
1:16.8	attention to your new yeses. And this episode was inspired by some new things that I'm saying yes to
1:24.0	that I historically have not said yes to, that maybe even historically have been
1:27.7	knows. And I find myself laughing at myself when I catch myself saying yes to new things or different
1:33.2	things or things that I used to be like, no, I don't do that. And the reason that I'm laughing is because
1:38.4	I think it's interesting how a shift in time or in a chunk of time, as we've seen over the last year, can really shift
1:45.9	our perspective and it can bring new things to light and it can put us in a position of
1:51.0	changing our minds and learning in a new way that makes us, I guess helps us gain clarity
1:59.2	on what we want to do and who we want to be and how we want to
2:02.3	proceed. And we talked a lot about last week on how we are becoming and we are always in this
2:06.8	phase of becoming. And I know that for me, part of becoming right now in 2021 is really thinking
