Summary

Lead singer of Creedence Clearwater Revival and Rock and Roll Hall of Famer, John Fogerty joins Bobby on this episode of the BobbyCast! John takes a deep dive into the origin story of CCR and how the name came about. Plus, John tells the stories about writing a few classics, such as "Proud Mary" in 1 hour and "Fortunate Son" in just 20 minutes while in his bedroom without any melody. John also talked to Bobby about the true meaning behind his lyrics, his earliest memories of music during his childhood days and when he got his first guitar. Bobby also found a picture of John in his early 20's and asked him if he had any advice for himself back then, what would it be. John then goes on to say, 'everything will be alright in life and just enjoy the ride because he wouldn't change his life for anyone else's, not even for one day', and much more!
